I love the product as I do have fine hair and dark hair so the sprays weigh me down. The ONLY reason I did not give this product 5 stars is because it did not last as long as it says it should. I purchased mine in July and I use it every other day and I am already needing to buy another one… on the website it says it should last the average person (if used everyday) several months. But it has only been 2 months with using it every other day… and with the cost of a refill I am still debating if it is worth it for me.

Since I became acquainted with the brand, I have been extremely loyal to its product. I consider myself a great fan, and I believe there is no one I know whom I have not referred to your brand. As you can see in the picture I always used to have at least two extra. Regrettably, the refill packaging has been changed to a much poorer quality plastic, yet the price remains just as high. Consequently, I am concerned that the product quality may have also diminished. It is unfortunate, but I believe I will stop using your product.

I love the actual product itself but the application tool & process is pretty terrible. The dry shampoo doesn’t come out consistently. Sometimes you have to shake it really hard and open & close it multiple times to get anything to come out. Other times, a whole bunch comes out at once and gets all over the place. Its also extremely small making it hard to hold while brushing your hair. I’ve dropped mine 3 times and ended up with broken applicators. The last time I dropped it, I lost almost all of the product within a week of buying it which sucks! It’s the best dry shampoo I’ve found in years so will continue buying it but the functionality of it could definitely use improvements. Extremely fragile so definitely handle with care!

Both of these pics are from day 2 hair — which might not seem like much, but for me it is. Typically, if I want to not wash my hair for several days, then it has to go into a ponytail before bed on the first day that I style it and then stay there until I wash it. Which is definitely not as cute as being able to leave it down and styled. This product has literally changed my life. I’ve used spray (and pump mist) dry shampoos forever (and still do), but using this — especially on the front of my hair and at the roots — really makes a HUGE difference! I use it on clean hair to start with because that helps it absorb any oils that develop. Then I continue using it every day on dirty hair. It allows me to wear my hair down and styled for 2–3 days rather than just the one day it would normally be, and I can go longer in between washes. Also, it lasts FOREVER! I bought one with the brush + a refill in march of 2023, and still have about 1/4 of the refill left. That was almost a full year ago. And I use it every day, multiple times a day. So while the price seems high, it actually works out to be WAY less than what I spend monthly on spray dry shampoos. I cannot recommend this product enough. 10/10. 🙌🔥🤯❤️
